Every Before I AM piece is made to order. Your item is created especially for you before beginning its journey home.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery are separate stages. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. After your order ships, please allow another 3-5 days for delivery.

Most orders arrive within 7 days but these timeframes are estimates. Orders may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking page to begin showing movement.

You can also find your tracking information by logging into My Account and selecting Orders.

Orders With Multiple Items

Items from the same order may be created and shipped from different locations. This means that your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

There is no need to worry if this happens. You will receive tracking information for each available shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $85 or more when shown at checkout.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, visit our Contact Us page immediately.

We will do our best to help, but an address cannot always be changed once production has started or after the package has shipped. Before I AM cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or replacement costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered during checkout.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order has passed its estimated delivery window, please visit our Contact Us page and include your order number. We will be happy to look into it for you.
